Symphony Music Academy Competition at Harihara Kalabhavan

Kousalya attended "Symphony Music Academy Competition", at Harihara Kalabhavan, Secunderabad on today(18th Aug) evening as a guest along with Ex.Home-Minister Smt.Sabitha Indra Reddy garu.. It was the event for Economically Backward, under privileged, Orphans, Destitute, and Disabled.

Really It was an amazing event.. All the children are highly talented.. All these girls performing Classical Dance are blind. But no one can guess they are physically challenged. They managed all the things greatly just like ( more than) ordinary people.

This Guy, Raja Sekhar was an asset to this event. He performed 3 arts. He played Kongo Drums, danced & also sang a song..  Audience, guests, participants every one was mesmerized by his performances..

Really Awesome talents.. Kousalya spent memorable time with the children.

Kousalya Birthday Special ---- కౌసల్య తో చిరు ముచ్చట్లు...

హాయ్.. ఆగష్టు 8న ప్రఖ్యాత నేపధ్య గాయని  "కౌసల్య" పుట్టినరోజు. అంతేకాకుండా నేను 5 సంవత్సరాలకు ముందు(2009 లో)  ఈ బ్లాగ్ ని రూపొందించి వారికి పుట్టినరోజు కానుకగా అందిచటం జరిగింది. ఈ 5 సంవత్సరాలలో ఎన్నో మార్పులు చేర్పులతో పాటు, ఆదరణ కూడా పెరిగి దాదాపు 1 లక్ష పేజి వ్యూస్ సాధించటం నిజంగా చాలా ఆనందంగా ఉంది.. బ్లాగ్ 5th anniversary సందర్భంగా "కౌసల్య" గారిని ఇంటర్వ్యూ చేసి, కొన్ని కొత్త విషయాలని ఇక్కడ అందిస్తున్నాను..

Yamini> మీ చిన్నతనం గురించి, మీ తల్లితండ్రుల గురించి చెప్పండి..

Kousalya    మా నాన్నగారి పేరు పొత్తూరి బాల కోటేశ్వరరావు గారు, మా అమ్మగారు శకుంతలాదేవి గారు. మేము మొత్తం ముగ్గురు పిల్లలం.నా తర్వాత ఒక చెల్లెలు, ఒక తమ్ముడు. నాన్నగారు AG ఆఫీసులో work చేసేవాళ్ళు. నా schooling అంతా నాగార్జునసాగర్ లో జరిగింది. Saint Joseph school లో చదివాను నేను. నేను schooling లో ఉండగానే మా father అకస్మాత్తుగా చనిపోవటంతో అదే job ని మా mother కి ఇచ్చారు. మా mother job చేస్తూ మా ముగ్గురిని పెంచి పెద్దచేసారు. తర్వాత మేము గుంటూరుకి shift అయిపోయాము.ఇంటర్(MPC),డిగ్రీ(BA music with English  Lit ) గుంటూరులోనే చదివాము. తర్వాత MA(carnatic music )  తిరుపతి శ్రీ పద్మావతి మహిళా university lo చదివాము. నేను, మా చెల్లెలు సుధా ఒకే క్లాసు చదివేవాళ్ళం. ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళినా కలిసే వెళ్ళేవాళ్ళం. MA చదివే రోజుల్లో మా ఇద్దరిని "తిరుపతి సిస్టర్స్" అని పిలిచేవాళ్ళు.. :)       

Y> సంగీతం మీద ఇంట్రెస్ట్ ఎప్పుడు కలిగింది?

K   అది by birth వచ్చిందనుకుంట.. :) మా నాన్న గారు, మా అమ్మగారు ఇద్దరు బాగా పాడేవాళ్ళు. ఒకసారి చాల చిన్న age లో family  అంతా movie కి వెళ్ళివస్తుంటే, ఆ సినిమాలో పాట నేను హమ్ చేశానట. అది చూసి నన్ను మ్యూజిక్ క్లాసులో, డాన్సు క్లాసు లో  జాయిన్ చేసారు. డాన్సు కంటిన్యూ చెయ్యలేదు కాని, మ్యూజిక్ ని మాత్రం వదలలేదు. ఇంటర్లో MPC అవటంవల్ల మ్యూజిక్ కి ఎక్కువ టైం స్పెండ్ చెయ్యలేకపోయేదాన్ని.. మ్యూజిక్ ని వదలటం ఇష్టం లేక Degree లో మ్యూజిక్ ని బ్రాంచ్ గా  తీసుకున్నాను.  

Y > సినిమాల్లో అవకాశాలు ఎలా వచ్చాయి?

K ముందునుంచి నాకు సినిమాల్లో పాడాలనే కోరిక ఉండేది. తిరుపతిలో MA  చదువుకునేప్పుడు బాలుగారి "పాడుతా తీయగా" కార్యక్రమం ప్రారంభం అయింది. నేను 2nd సిరీస్ లో participate చేసి గెలిచాను. అప్పుడు అక్కడఉండే  musicians బాగా పాడుతోంది అని contact  numbers తీసుకున్నారు. అప్పుడే R P పట్నాయక్, చక్రి, నిహాల్ వీళ్ళందరూ పరిచయం అయ్యారు. R P గారు "నీకోసం" మూవీ ద్వారా నన్ను ఇండస్ట్రీకి పరిచయంచేసారు."నీకోసం" తో చాలా మంది టాలీవుడ్ కి పరిచయం అయ్యారు. అంతకు ముందే నేను RP గారికి ఒక jingle కూడా పాడాను. తర్వాత నుంచి వెనక్కి చూడాల్సిన అవసరం రాలేదు. మంచి పాటలు పాడే అవకాశాలు వచ్చాయి అలాగే audiance కూడా బాగా receive చేసుకున్నారు.

Y > మొట్టమొదటిసారి మీపేరును inlay card లో చూసినప్పుడు ఎలా అనిపించింది?;

K  మూవీస్ కంటే ముందు, పాడుతా తీయగా కంటే కూడా ముందు నేను, మా చెల్లెలు సుధా కలిసి ఒక ప్రైవేటు ఆల్బం సాయిబాబాది పాడాము. ఆల్బం రిలీజ్ అయ్యాక  Inlay card లో మా పేర్లని ఎన్నిసార్లు చూసుకున్నామో చెప్పలేము అసలు..  :D కాని అప్పుడు మా voice  లో carnatic మ్యూజిక్ ప్రభావం ఎక్కువగా ఉండేది. తర్వాత తర్వాత professional గా పాడటం నేర్చుకున్నాము.

Y >  తిరుపతిలో మీ MA గురించి చెప్పండి.

 

K   మా  MA  curcullum లో 50% theory & 50% practicals ఉండేవి. theory లో సంగీతం ఎలా పుట్టింది? folk మ్యూజిక్, సంప్రదాయ సంగీతంలో హిందుస్తానీ, కర్నాటిక్ మ్యూజిక్ లాంటి వేరియేషన్స్, రాగాల గురించి ఉండేది. practicals లో రాగాలని ఎలా పాడుతున్నమో చూసేవాళ్ళు.  ద్వారం లక్ష్మి గారు మాకు లెక్చరర్, ప్రపంచం సీతారాం గారు  ప్రొఫెసర్. తిరుపతిలో చదివేప్పుడు చాలాసార్లు concerts ఇచ్చేవాళ్ళం. recent  గా  4 years back మళ్లీ తిరుపతిలో ఒక concert ఇచ్చాను. అది SVBC ఛానల్లో లైవ్ టెలికాస్ట్ కూడా అయింది..

Y > ఏ ఏ మ్యూజిక్ directors దగ్గర పాడారు మీరు?

కే    నన్ను ఇంట్రడ్యూస్ చేసింది RP గారు,  కీరవాణి గారు , మణిశర్మ గారు, కోటి గారు, వందేమాతరం శ్రీనివాస్, శ్రీలేఖ, రమణ గోగుల, అనూప్ రూబెన్స్  ఇలా almost అందరి దగ్గరా మంచి హిట్స్ పాడాను. ఎక్కువ సాంగ్స్ చక్రి గారికి పాడే అవకాశం వచ్చింది. మొత్తం 350 కి పైగా పాటలు(సినిమాల్లో) పాడాను. 

Y > మీ co -singers ?

K  నేను హరిహరన్ గారు, బాలు గారు, శంకర్ మహదేవన్ గారు, టిప్పు, కార్తిక్, షాన్, కారుణ్య,వేణు,రఘు కుంచె, హేమ చంద్ర, రవి వర్మ, చక్రి, RP  ఇలా  almost అందరితో పాడాను. హరిహరన్ గారితో పాడిన అన్ని పాటలు హిట్ అయ్యాయి.   

Y > Private  ఆల్బమ్స్, jingles , సీరియల్ సాంగ్స్ ఎన్ని పాడుంటారు?

K  నీకోసం సినిమా కంటే ముందు RP  గారు ఒక kids  ware advertisement కి పాడే ఛాన్స్ ఇచ్చారు. ప్రియ పికెల్స్ add ని దాదాపు 14 languages లో పాడాను. కొన్ని గవర్నమెంట్ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్ కి కూడా పాడాను. సీరియల్ సాంగ్స్ చాలా పాడాను. ఎక్కువ etv కి పాడాను . "విధి", "ఎండమావులు", "హోం మినిస్టర్", "నాతిచరామి", "అగ్ని గుండం", "సై", "ప్రేమ మందిరం","ఆడదే ఆధారం", "హృదయం" ఇవన్ని Etv కి పాడినవే. "ఎండమావులు", "ఆడదే ఆధారం", సప్తగిరి ఛానల్ లో పాడిన "సిరి"  వీటికి అవార్డ్స్ కూడా వచ్చాయి. almost 50 కి పైగా సాంగ్స్ సీరియల్స్ కి పాడాను. ETV  సుమన్ గారి శ్రీహరి స్వరాలు-2 లో కూడా మంచి పాట పాడాను. జీ తెలుగు లో పాడిన "My name is మంగతాయారు" , Maa Tv కి పాడిన "తోడికోడళ్ళు", "చిన్నారి పెళ్ళికూతురు" సీరియల్స్ సాంగ్స్ వల్ల చాలా మంచి పేరు వచ్చింది. కెరీర్ begining "సాయి గీతాంజలి" , "చున్ని మున్ని" ఇంకా చాలా ప్రైవేటు ఆల్బమ్స్ లో పాడాను.  2010 లో "అన్నమాచర్య సంకీర్తనా సుధ" ని నేనే రూపొందించాను. త్వరలో ఇంకా ఆల్బమ్స్ చేసే ఆలోచన కూడా ఉంది.

Y > Composer గా అవకాశం ఎలా వచ్చింది? 

K  2006 లో ETV కి "సై- singers Challenge " అనే రియాలిటీ షో చేశాము. ఇప్పటితరం singers చాలామంది దాంతోనే పరిచయం అయ్యారు. ఆ ప్రోగ్రాంకి నన్ను host  గా  చెయ్యమని అడగటానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు, మీరే టైటిల్ సాంగ్ compose చెయ్యచ్చు కదా అని అడిగారు. నేను వినిపించిన 1st ట్యూన్ ఏ వాళ్ళకి బాగా నచ్చడంతో అదే ఉంచేసాము. అలా composer గా కూడా మారాను.

Y > ఇప్పటి వరకు ఏమేం పాటలు compose చేసారు ?

K  ETV  కి "సై", "ఆడదే ఆధారం", "హృదయం" సీరియల్స్ కి compose  చేశాను.  2011 లో TANA కి ఒక 30 నిమిషాల bale ని 3 variations తో చేశాను. ఇవే కాకుండా విరిజల్లు, బిర్యానీ కింగ్ మొదలైన వాటికీ చేశాను.  అన్నమయ్య కీర్తనలు 4 కొత్తవి 4 పాతవి తీసుకుని ' శ్రీ అన్నమయ్య సంకీర్తన సుధ' అనే ఆల్బమ్ రిలీజ్ చేశాను.  తొందరలో ఇంకా ఆల్బమ్స్ చేసే ఆలోచన కూడా ఉంది.   

Y > మీ favourite  హీరో?

K  బావున్న మూవీస్ అన్ని చూస్తాను. particular గా  ఫేవరెట్ అంటూ లేరు. 

Y > మీ favourite color ?

K  Purple ఇష్టం. clothing లో ఐతే Black , white , Baby Pink ఇష్టం. Baby Pink pleasent గా అనిపిస్తుంది. :)

Y > మీ favourite food ?

K  పులిహోర అంటే బాగా ఇష్టం.

Y >ఒక సెలబ్రిటీగా బయటకి వెళ్ళాలంటే పబ్లిక్ తో ఇబ్బంది ఉంటుందా?

K  ఒక్కోసారి కొంచెం ఇబ్బంది అనిపిస్తుంది.  కాని మంచి products ఉన్నాయంటే చిన్న షాప్స్ అయినా వెళ్తాను. అన్నిచోట్లా గుర్తుపట్టి పలకరిస్తుంటారు. నేను కూడా వాళ్ళతో  మాట్లాడతాను. Stage Shows లో కూడా కలిసి autographs అడుగుతారు. అభిమానులని కలిసినప్పుడు నాకు కూడా చాలా ఆనందంగా ఉంటుంది.

Y >  Facebook , Twitter లాంటి social networking sites ని బాగా మీరు use చేస్తుంటారు కదా..

K  అవును. సాంగ్స్ గురించి, ప్రోగ్రామ్స్ గురించి అందరికి ఒకేసారి update చెయ్యచ్చు కదా.  పబ్లిక్ openions కూడా తెలుసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. అలాగే అన్ని ప్రోగ్రామ్స్ ని, సాంగ్స్ ని, అవార్డ్స్ అన్నింటిని బ్లాగ్ లో update చేస్తున్నాం. సరిగ్గా use చేసుకుంటే చాలా ఉపయోగాలు ఉంటాయి.

Y > Dubbing చెప్పే అవకాశం ఎలా వచ్చింది?

 K  వందేమాతరం  శ్రీనివాస్ గారి Music  direction లో "శ్రావణమాసం" అనే మూవీ కి 4 సాంగ్స్ పాడాను. వాటిల్లో 3 తెలంగాణా slang లో ఉంటాయి. కళ్యాణి హీరోయిన్ ఆ సినిమాకి. తెలంగాణా slang బాగా పలికిందని పోసాని కృష్ణమురళి గారు, కల్యాణి character కి Dubbing చెప్పించారు. ఆయనే డైరెక్టర్ ఆ సినిమాకి. ముందులో confidance లేక కొన్ని offers ఒప్పుకోలేదు. కానీ ఇప్పుడు బాగా చెప్పగలను అని నమ్మకం వచ్చింది. Recent గా "బకర" మూవీలో  Dubbing చెప్పాను.

Y > కౌసల్య అంటే సింగర్, composer , Dubbing artist ఇంకా ???

K  సై అనే ప్రోగ్రాం కి హోస్ట్ గా చేశాను. ABN న్యూస్ లో "పాటే నా ప్రాణం" అనే ప్రోగ్రాం ని  కూడా కొన్ని ఎపిసోడ్స్ హోస్ట్ చేశాను.  ఈమధ్యనే ఒక బుక్ రిలీజ్ ఫంక్షన్ ని కూడా హోస్ట్ చేశాను. "Zee Telugu Sa Re Ga Ma Pa " కి judge గా చేశాను. అందులో కోటి గారు, భువనచంద్ర గారు కూడా judges .Maa Tv   "Super Singer 7 - The Spicy Series " లో mentor & judge గా చేశాను. "విరిజల్లు" అని కాలిఫోర్నియా తెలుగు FM .. దాని ప్రోమోకి మ్యూజిక్, లిరిక్స్, సింగింగ్ అన్ని నేనే :)

Y > ఫారిన్ లో  ఎన్ని సార్లు ప్రోగ్రామ్స్ చేసారు?

K  అమెరికాకి 8-9 సార్లు వెళ్ళాను. కువైట్ & దుబాయ్ లో  ఒక్కసారి, సింగపూర్లో కూడా పాడాను.

Y > Hit అవ్వటం, అవ్వకపోవటంతో  సంబంధం లేకుండా మీరు పాడిన పాటల్లో మీకు నచ్చిన 12 సాంగ్స్ చెప్పండి.

K Only 12 చెప్పాలంటే కష్టమే కాని, చాలా  బాగా ఇష్టమైనవి చెప్తాను :)

1. మళ్ళి కూయవే గువ్వా ( ఇట్లు శ్రావణి సుబ్రహ్మణ్యం)

2. రా రమ్మని ( అవును వాళ్లిద్దరు ఇష్టపడ్డారు)

3. నాలో నేను లేనే లేను(అవును వాళ్లిద్దరు ఇష్టపడ్డారు)

4.  ఈరోజే తెలిసింది ( ఇడియట్)

5. ఎవరో ఎవరో (భగీరధ)

6. కిన్నెరసాని( వీడే)

ఇంకా చాలా మంచి songs ఉన్నాయ్.. కానీ ఇప్పటికే 12 అయిపోయాయి :)  ఈమధ్యనే ఆదిత్య మ్యూజిక్ వాళ్ళు నావి 15 మెలోడీస్ తో "కొంచెం కారంగా- Tolly Hits of Kousalya " ని రిలీజ్ చేసారు.

Y > Birthday Specials ఏంటి ? 

K నాకు ప్రతి birthday ఒక ప్రత్యేకమైనదే. ఎందుకంటే మా నాన్నగారిది , మా అమ్మగారిది, నాది, ముగ్గురి birthday ఒకే రోజు Aug  8th.. ఇలా చాలా Rare గా జరుగుతుంది కదా.. :)  వాళ్ళిద్దరూ ఇప్పుడు లేకపోయినా వాళ్ళు నాతోనే ఉన్న feeling కలుగుతుంది..    నన్ను ఇంతగా అభిమానిస్తున్నందుకు అందరికి చాలా thanx .. మీ ఆదరాభిమానాలు ఎప్పుడూ నా మీద యిలాగే ఉండాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాను.

పాత మిలినియమ్ చివరి భాగం సినిమా పరంగా చెప్పుకోదగ్గది.  కొత్త మిలినియమ్ కి స్వాగతం చెబుతూ ఎంతో మంది కొత్తవారికి ఆహ్వానాన్ని అందించి సెలవు తీసుకుంది. అటువంటి వారిలో ప్రముఖ గాయని, రాబోయే రోజుల్లో కాబోయే సంగీత దర్శకురాలు కౌసల్య ఒకరు. వంటల గురించి, డ్రెస్సుల గురించి ఆమెతో సరదాగా జరిపిన సంభాషణే ఆసక్తికరంగా రూపొందడంతో ముందు వెనుకలు చేర్చి ఇంటర్వ్యూ గా మార్చడం జరిగింది. అదీ మ్యాటరు ... ఆ మ్యాటరు ఇదే ... చదివి చెప్పండి .....

"చిన్నప్పట్నించే వుండేది. తిరుపతి మ్యూజిక్ కాలేజ్ లో ఇంటర్ వ్యూ లో కూడా అదే చెప్పాను. అది  కూడా ఎవరితోనో తెలుసా ... ప్రపంచం సీతారామ్ గారని ... తిరువయ్యూర్ లో త్యాగరాజ ఆరాధనోత్సవాలలో పెర్ఫార్మ్ చేసిన స్థాయి ఆయనది ... ఆయన అక్కడ హెడ్ ఆఫ్ ది డిపార్ట్ మెంట్ ... ఆయనతోనే  అలా అనేశాను. అయినా ఆయన నా వాయిస్  చూసి,  పాడే పద్ధతి చూసి సీట్ ఇచ్చారు. "

-->"అప్పుడంటే ఓకే ... కానీ ఒకసారి శాస్త్రీయ సంగీతంలో ఎమ్.ఏ. చేసిన తర్వాత కూడా సినిమాల వైపు రావాలనుకునే కోరిక ఇంకా వుండేదా ? తరిగిందా ? పెరిగిందా ?"
"మీరన్నది నిజమే ... కర్ణాటక సంగీతం లోనే సెటిల్ అయిపోదాం అనుకున్నాను. తిరుపతిలో ఆ వాతావరణం వుండేది. ఆ యాక్టివిటీస్ కూడా  వుండేవి. హైదరాబాద్ లో ఆ వాతావరణమే లేదు. అదే టైమ్ కి పాడుతా తీయగా లో వచ్చిన ఉష సక్సెస్ చూసి ఆ ప్రోగ్రామ్ నెక్స్ ట్ సీరీస్ లో పార్టిసిపేట్ చేశాను. ఫైనల్స్ వైజాగ్ లో ... వైజాగ్ లో వైజాగ్ అమ్మాయి (అవసరాల సునీత) తో పోటీ పడి గెలిచాను. "

-->"మరి సినిమాల్లోకి రావడం ఎలా జరిగింది ? "
"ఆ తర్వాత ఎన్నో ప్రోగ్రామ్స్ లో ప్యాడ్స్ వాయించే  కృష్ణ గారు, మొదలైన వారు హైదరబాద్ లోనే వుంటే అవకాశాలు బాగా వస్తాయని చెప్పారు. అలాగే నా చేత జింగిల్స్ అవీ పాడించారు. అదే టైమ్ లో ఆర్పీ పట్నాయిక్ గారు పరిచయమయ్యారు. ఆర్పీ గారు, నీహాల్, రవివర్మ కలిసి మెలిసి వుండేవారు. ఆప్పుడే అన్నారు ఆర్పీ గారు - "తొందర్లోనే నీతో ఓ సినిమాలో పాడిస్తాను ... ఓ చాన్స్ రాబోతోంది " అని. అన్నమాట ప్రకారం అలాగే  'నీ కోసం' సినిమా టైటిల్ సాంగ్ లో హమ్మింగ్స్ పాడించారు"

-->"మీకే కాకుండా అది చాలా మందికి మొదటి సినిమా అయింది కదా ?"
"అవును ... శ్రీను వైట్ల గారికి, ఆర్పీ గారికి, నీహాల్ కి , వేణుకి కూడా అదే మొదటి సినిమా "

-->"ఆ తర్వాత ఒక్క చక్రి గారి మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్షన్ లో మాత్రమే పాడారా ?"
"బాచి సినిమాతో ఆయన మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్షన్ లో పాడడం మొదలైంది. ఆయన మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్షన్ లో ఎక్కువ పాటలు పాడిన మాట నిజమే గానీ - మణిశర్మ గారు చెన్న కేశవరెడ్డి లోనూ, కీరవాణి గారు గంగోత్రి లోనూ పాడించారు.  ఇంకా చెప్పాలంటే చెన్నై లో వుంటున్న సంగీత దర్శకుల దగ్గర తప్ప తక్కిన మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్టర్స్ అందరి దగ్గరా పాడేను."

-->"మీ పాటల కెరీర్ పట్ల మీ ఫీలింగ్ ఏమిటి ?"
"బాచీ తర్వాత వరసగా అవకాశాలు రావడంతో కమర్షియల్ పాపులారిటీ పెరిగింది. రా రమ్మని (ఔను.. వాళ్ళిద్దరూ ఇష్టపడ్డారు) పాటతో బాలు గారు, హరిహరన్ గారు వంటి వారితో పాడే స్టేటస్ వచ్చింది. నువ్వక్కడుంటే నేనిక్కడుంటా (గోపి గోపిక గోదావరి) పాటకి నాలుగు అవార్డులు వచ్చాయి. "

-->"ప్రస్థుతం సింగర్ గా మీ కెరీర్ ఎలా వుంది ?"
"ఇప్పుడు ట్రాఫిక్ కొంచెం ఎక్కువైంది. ఆ రేషియోలో సీనియర్స్ కి అవకాశాల శాతం తగ్గింది. సంవత్సరానికి రెండు మూడు పాటలు వస్తున్నా మంచి పాటలే వస్తున్నాయి. ఈమధ్యనే 'కిస్' సినిమాలో 'పరుగులే తీస్తూ వుంటే' అనే పాట పాడాను. (పెద్ద) వంశీ గారి సినిమా 'తను మొన్నే వెళ్ళిపోయింది' సినిమాలో నావి 4 పాటలున్నాయి"

-->"ఇప్పటి వరకూ ఎన్ని పాటలు పాడి వుంటారు ?"
"350 ... అందులో కన్నడం 10, తమిళం 1 కూడా వున్నాయి"

-->"ఒక సింగర్ గా విదేశీ పర్యటనలేవైనా చేశారా ?"
"2008 లోనే మణిశర్మ గారి షోల్లో అమెరికా నెలరోజుల పాటు పార్టిసిపేట్ చేశాను. తర్వాత ఇప్పటివరకూ 7 సార్లు  విదేశాలకు వెళ్ళడం జరిగింది. అందులో అమెరికా తో పాటు దుబాయ్, సింగపూర్, కువైట్ కూడా వున్నాయి"

-->"మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్షన్ కూడా చేశారు గా  .. దాని సంగతి చెప్పండి "
"మొట్టమొదట ఈ టీవీ వారి 'సై సింగర్స్ చాలెంజ్' సీరీస్ కి టైటిల్ సాంగ్ కంపోజ్ చేశాను. నేనొక వెర్షన్, నీహాల్ ఒక వెర్షను పాడాం.  ఈటీవీ వారిదే 'ఆడది ఆధారం' సీరియల్ కి కూడా కంపోజ్ చేసి ఒక పాట పాడాను. ఆ పాటకి నందీ అవార్డ్ వచ్చింది. 2011 లో జరిగిన తానా సభల్లో ఒక బ్యాలేని క్లాసికల్, వెస్ట్రన్, ఫోక్ మ్యూజిక్స్ లో కంపోజ్ చేశాను. వడ్డేపల్లి కృష్ణ గారు రాశారు. అది విన్న కె. విశ్వనాథ్  గారయితే ' ఇన్ని వేరియేషన్స్ ఎలా ఇచ్చావు ? ' ఎంతగానో ప్రశంసించారు.  అన్నమయ్య కీర్తనలు 4 కొత్తవి 4 పాతవి తీసుకుని ' శ్రీ అన్నమయ్య సంకీర్తన సుధ' అనే ఆల్బమ్ రిలీజ్ చేశాను.  ఓ సినిమాకి మ్యూజిక్ డైరెక్షన్ చేసే చాన్స్ కూడా వుంది. త్వరలోనే ఆ న్యూస్ కూడా మీకు చెబ్తా ..."

-->"సడన్ గా మీ డ్రెస్ సెన్స్ లోనూ, మేకప్ లోను మోడర్న్ లుక్ వచ్చేసింది. ఈ అకస్మాత్ మార్పుకి కారణం ఏమిటంటారు ? "
"ఈ మోడర్న్ లుక్ సెన్స్ నాలో ఎప్పట్నించో వుంది. పెద్ద పెద్ద ఇయర్ రింగ్స్ నేను మొదట్నించీ పెట్టుకునేదాన్ని. మొన్న అమెరికా నుంచి వచ్చిన ఉష లేటెస్ట్ ట్రెండ్ అని తన ఇయర్ రింగ్స్ చూపించింది. 'ఇలాటివి నేను మొదట్లోనే పెట్టుకునే దాన్ని కదా ?' అని అంటే 'కదా ?' అంటూ నవ్వేసింది. కాకపోతే చానల్స్ వచ్చాక ఈ  రకమైన అబ్జర్వేషన్స్ పెరిగాయి. ఏ సీజన్ లో ఏ కలర్ వాడాలి, బైట ఏం వాడాలి, తెర మీద కనిపించేటప్పుడు ఏం వాడాలి ఇలాంటి టెక్నిక్స్ తెలుసుకోవడానికి, ఆ సెన్స్ ని అలవర్చుకోవడానికి కొంతకాలం పట్టింది.  ఇప్పుడు పిల్లలు కూడా ఈ రకం ఫ్యాషన్స్ ని లైక్ చేస్తున్నారు. మొన్న తానా సభల్లో ఒకమ్మాయి 10-11 ఏళ్ళుంటాయేమో .. 'ఐ లవ్ యువర్ ఇయర్ రింగ్స్' అంది. ఇంకొకమ్మాయి అయితే  నా  దగ్గరున్న బ్రేస్ లెట్ తనకు గిఫ్ట్ చెయ్యమని అడిగింది "

-->"అమెరికాలో మీరు మీ పాక శాస్త్ర ప్రావీణ్యం చూపించేవారటగా ... మీరు  అంత బాగా వండుతారా "

"పులిహోర, కందిపచ్చడి, మజ్జిగ పులుసు, పెరుగు పచ్చళ్ళు, మామిడికాయ పప్పు,  అన్నం కందిపప్పు కిచిడీ,  క్యారెట్ రాయితా, కొత్తిమీర పచ్చడి, అన్నిటికన్నా అతి ముఖ్యం నూనె వంకాయ ... ప్రస్థుతానికివే గుర్తొస్తున్నాయి"

This episode has lots of specialties.. It is the Half century episode, as well as the 2nd episode of Grand Finale.. This week all the performances were from Female Singers and also every one got great appreciations.. Especially, Malavika's "Tolisari Mimmalni" song & Kousalya's "Ee Duryodhana" song got very good response.. Every one expected Malavika was the "performer of the day" (Leaders have no marks in finals and never be elected as performer of the day in SS7 :( ).. But, shockingly it was Anjana Sowmya..

And more over, Kousalya gave her last (but not least) performance in SS7 and got standing ovation for her performance..

Chargers concept is "Feelings of girls & boys at different stages of their love life". Hema Chandra & Malavika did a great job and got 300/300. All the judges feel this performance like a movie because of nice sequence of songs singing along with action :).We can notice the team work at each and every bit..Finally, Kousalya's perfect planning, songs selection, singing, action and all the things made the performance a great success..
